Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or receipt of a design, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original deliverable.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice).


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (ie. prints etc).


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Items we deem acceptable

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


You may cancel your subscription with J Burke Arts at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the J Burke Arts services through the end of the then current month. J Burke Arts may change its fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Site with 5 days’ prior notice, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions or reductions in fees.

You may request a refund within the first 14 days of a purchase of any subscription plan under the following conditions:

    •    You did not use the service

    •    You qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee

To qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee you must:

    •    Attempt at least 2 unique requests that are within our scope of work

    •    Provide us with clear direction and feedback during the design process

Beyond the 14 day window there are no refunds for partial subscription plans under any circumstance, including cancellations and unused time on a plan. Upon cancellation you will have access to our service for the length of your current billing cycle.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

If for any reason the above is abused or bypassed (in the rare event of a refund) we will immediately debit your funds back to your account, terminate our working relationship, and seek legal (if needed).
